Establish long-term mechanisms—from project initiation and execution to evaluation and feedback—creating a closed loop of "top-down and bottom-up participation" to sustain innovation vitality.
3. Execution Loop: From "Theoretical Understanding" to "Practical Application"
Translate academic innovation methodologies into daily business practices—for example, using "user demand-driven approaches" to refine products or "process deconstruction thinking" for management innovation.
Adopt a "small steps, fast iterations" mindset to test, adjust, and ensure innovation delivers real value. Make innovation more than just theory—it must become a practical skill for survival.
Innovation is now a "survival necessity" for SMEs—not just for growth, but for staying alive!
